  You may hold only one active account on the xbajy Platform at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xbajy reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

  You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered phone number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. xbajy is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

  xbajy may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account.

Bonuses

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

xbajy may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions and other incentives to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific terms for a particular offer provide otherwise.

  All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Where no wagering requirement multiplier is stated, a default rollover of 20x the bonus amount applies.

  Bonuses are credited to your account in a designated bonus wallet. Bonus funds are kept separate from real-money funds until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied, at which point the bonus funds convert to withdrawable real-money funds.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the xbajy Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently terminated, with all funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

  Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, payment fraud or collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

  Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of funds derived from illegal sources. xbajy complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

  Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same identity or a different identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

  Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation, or attempting to intercept, reverse-engineer or exploit any element of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

  Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with xbajy support for the purpose of obtaining a benefit to which you are not entitled.
